Nearest Airport is Verona
A shuttle service will be organised from Trento and Verona (25-50 € one way, depending on the number of persons). The shuttle will leave around 3pm in Verona on the 30th. Shuttle(s) will also be organised for the return journey.
It is possible to arrive on the 29/6, 30/6 and to leave on the 5/7, 6/7 (hotel prices warranted)
Welcome cocktail on the 30/6 evening
We may organise a shuttle to Sesto for those who will be attending the Cluster Evolution meeting (7-11 July)

Data processing
- status of the XMM and Euclid observations in the FornaX field
- the current XMM and Euclid source lists (clusters, AGN, galaxies)
- the XMM cluster and AGN databases
Finalising the working group organisation
Inventory of the scientific analysis tools
Areas where new algorithms would be needed or desirable.
Review and finalisation of the DR1 projects
Prepare ground-based follow-up campaigns

We stress the importance of attending the meeting in person. This makes the discussions much more effective. We are going to be working together for many years and it is important to forge friendly professional links.
9-12 am 2-5pm
Lots of time for small-group discussions
Excursion : 1/2 day will be devoted to the traditional hike. Several difficulty levels will be proposed including a via ferrata. . .
Full-day extra climbing/hike can be organised on the 5/7
And for the astronomers, possibility to use the hotel’s observatory
