- status of the XMM and Euclid observations in the FornaX field
- current XMM and Euclid source lists (clusters, AGN, galaxies)
- the XMM cluster and AGN databases

- Inventory and assessment of the redshifts available in the area (photometric and spectroscopic).
- Shear measurements
- On-going simulation programme: what did we learn ?
- XMM-Euclid source matching and redshift assignment
- Review of the scientific analysis tools
- Areas where new algorithms would be needed or desirable.
- On-going papers and finalisation of the DR1 projects
- Prepare ground-based follow-up campaigns

Transport to Nafplio
- The nearest Airport is El. Venizelos in Athens
- A shuttle service will be organised from Athens to Nafplio (the cost will be announced) on June 22nd afternoon
- There is a frequent bus service (~2 hours) from Athens to Nafplio every day from “Kifissos” bus station.
- “Kifissos” bus station is linked to the airport by the direct X93 bus.
- Return shuttle to Athens airport will be on the 27th early morning
Meeting format
- We stress the importance of attending the meeting in person. This makes the discussions much more effective. We are going to be working together for many years and it is important to forge friendly professional links.
- 9-12 am 2-5pm
- Lots of time for small-group discussions
- Excursion : 1/2 day will be devoted to the traditional excursion
- Ancient theatre of Epidaurus : we shall have the possibility to attend a play on the 26th evening (programme not known yet)
